Refund & Cancellation Policy

01. Cancellation

Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Your access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

02. Refunds

Because access is digital and immediate, payments are generally non-refundable. You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you have not substantially used the service, or at any time if you were charged in error.

03. How to request

Email [email protected] or [email protected], or WhatsApp +20 109 166 6342, with your account email and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank or wallet provider.

04. Delivery

The service is delivered electronically: your tools are unlocked in your account immediately after payment confirmation. No physical goods are shipped.

لا تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائياً، ويستمر وصولك حتى نهاية المدة المدفوعة.

02. الاسترداد

نظراً لأن الخدمة رقمية وفورية، فإن المدفوعات غير قابلة للاسترداد بشكل عام، ويمكنك طلب استرداد كامل خلال 7 أيام من أول دفعة إذا لم تستخدم الخدمة بشكل جوهري، أو في أي وقت في حال الخصم بالخطأ.

03. طريقة الطلب

راسلنا على [email protected] أو [email protected] أو عبر واتساب +20 109 166 6342 مع البريد الإلكتروني للحساب والرقم المرجعي للدفع، وتُرد المبالغ المعتمدة إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية وتعتمد المدة على البنك أو المحفظة.

04. التسليم

تُقدَّم الخدمة إلكترونياً، حيث تُفتح أدواتك في حسابك فور تأكيد الدفع، ولا يتم شحن أي منتجات مادية.
