02. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, resold or used by more people than your plan allows.

03. Subscriptions and payment

Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds on the Pricing page. Access is granted for the paid period (monthly or annual) after the payment is confirmed by our payment provider. Subscriptions do not renew automatically; you renew from your account.

04. Acceptable use

You may not copy, download, reverse-engineer, redistribute or resell the tools or their content, or attempt to bypass access controls.

05. Intellectual property

All tools, designs, content and code belong to Novus Digital Solutions. A subscription grants a limited, non-transferable right of use only.

06. Availability and liability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The tools support your work and do not constitute professional, legal or regulatory advice.

07. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

02. الحسابات

يجب تقديم بيانات صحيحة والحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور. الحساب شخصي ولا يجوز مشاركته أو إعادة بيعه أو استخدامه من عدد أكبر مما تسمح به الباقة.

03. الاشتراكات والدفع

الأسعار معروضة بالجنيه المصري في صفحة الأسعار، ويُمنح الوصول للمدة المدفوعة (شهرية أو سنوية) بعد تأكيد الدفع من مزود خدمة الدفع. لا تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائياً، ويتم التجديد من حسابك.

04. الاستخدام المقبول

لا يجوز نسخ الأدوات أو محتواها أو تنزيلها أو إعادة توزيعها أو بيعها أو محاولة تجاوز ضوابط الوصول.

05. الملكية الفكرية

جميع الأدوات والتصميمات والمحتوى والبرمجيات مملوكة لنوڤوس للحلول الرقمية، والاشتراك يمنح حق استخدام محدود وغير قابل للتحويل فقط.

06. التوافر والمسؤولية

نسعى لاستمرارية الخدمة دون ضمان عدم انقطاعها، والأدوات داعمة لعملك ولا تمثل استشارة مهنية أو قانونية أو رقابية.

07. القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.
